Hello!
Hi, I’m Karli.
Movement has been a part of my life for as long as I can remember. As a former Division I swimmer and lifelong athlete, I learned early on that movement has the power to build strength, confidence, resilience, and connection.
Over the past 20 years, I have dedicated my career to helping others experience those same benefits. Much of that time was spent at Life Time, where I had the opportunity to lead teams of coaches and instructors, develop fitness professionals, and teach a variety of movement modalities. Those experiences reinforced something I have always believed:
There is no single “right” way to move.
Throughout different seasons of life, our bodies need different things. Sometimes we need strength. Sometimes we need mobility. Sometimes we need recovery. Sometimes we simply need a supportive place to begin again.
Living with POTS and autoimmune conditions has deepened that perspective for me. It has taught me firsthand that movement is not about pushing harder at all costs — it is about learning to work with your body, honoring where you are, and building a sustainable foundation for long-term health.
This philosophy became the inspiration behind Movement Studios.
I created Movement Studios as a welcoming, thoughtfully designed space where Pilates, yoga, strength training, and recovery work together to support the whole person.
Whether you are an experienced athlete, new to exercise, navigating a health challenge, or simply looking for a community-centered place to move, you will find a thoughtful and supportive approach here.
I believe movement is medicine — and there is more than one way to experience it.
I can’t wait to move with you.
See you soon,
Karli
